摘要
本文明确了内饰包覆件最重要的两个感知维度,即视觉感知与触觉感知。并结合内饰造型风格为各功能区域的内饰包覆件制定合理的包覆选型,通过建立包覆件的感知参数目标,设计提升内饰包覆件感知质量。此外,本文列举了主要特殊工艺和内饰包覆件常见的失效模式及应对策略,对于项目开发具有重要的指导借鉴作用。
This article discuss the most two important perception dimensions of automotive interior wrapping parts,visual perception and touch perception.Make the reasonable selection model of wrapping parts at different areas or functions by considering interior design style.Improve the wrapping parts perception quality by building perceived quality parameterized target of wrapping parts.In addition,this article lists the common special processes and the common failure modes with it's own prevention strategy of wrapping parts.This article has important guidance and reference value for project development.
