The mechanisms of various existing antibacterial finishing processes and the current status of antibacterial agents for textiles were summarized and analyzed.An analysis was conducted on the impact of antibacterial finishing on down quality indicators and antibacterial sustainability,and a comparison was made between down quality indicators and antibacterial performance indicators against existing recommended nation⁃al standards.The excellent quality and promising application prospects of antibacterial down in the current mar⁃ket were confirmed.
