摘要
针对棉织物双氧水漂白的工艺场景,剖析镁离子稳定双氧水分解的机理。实验表明:镁离子在高温碱性的漂白工作液中以Mg(OH)_(2)的物质形态存在,吸附并消除H_(2)O_(2)分解产生的自由基,从而达到稳定双氧水分解的作用。
According to the bleaching process of cotton fabric with hydrogen peroxide,the decomposition mechanism of hydrogen peroxide stabilized by magnesium ion was analyzed.The results showed that magne⁃sium ion was in the material state of Mg(OH)_(2) existing in bleaching system,eliminated the free radicals gener⁃ated by the decomposition of H2O2,thus achieving the role of stabilizing hydrogen peroxide.
