摘要
经过几十年发展,活性印花仍然是丝网印花的主力,被广泛应用于纯棉、人棉、麻、真丝等面料。在常规的纤维素面料中,活性印花工艺已经逐步完善,但是对于蛋白质纤维的丝绸面料,使用常规的海藻酸钠印花糊料仍然存在易渗化、色泽不均匀等问题。结合海藻酸钠的优劣势,开发了丝绸专用的活性印花糊料HX05,并与常规规格的海藻酸钠进行对比,进行理化性质研究和印花应用实验。结果表明:HX05针对丝绸面料需求的轮廓清晰度、印花均匀性和得色量具有明显优势,适合真丝印花。
After decades of development,reactive printing is still the main force of screen printing,widely used in pure cotton,rayon,hemp,silk and other fabrics.In conventional cellulose fabrics,the reactive printing process has been gradually improved,but for protein fiber silk fabrics,the use of conventional sodium alginate printing paste still has problems of easy penetration and uneven color.Based on the advantages and disadvan⁃tages of sodium alginate,a special reactive printing paste HX05 for silk has been developed experimentally.The physical and chemical properties of this type of printing paste have been studied and applied.The results showed that HX05 had obvious advantages in contour clarity,printing uniformity and color yield for silk fabrics,and was very suitable for silk printing.
