Performance and application of solvent-free low cyclic body self-dispersed block silicone oil ARATEX L-98A

研究新型无溶剂嵌段硅油L-98A的耐酸、耐碱、耐盐、耐热及复配稳定性能,并与常规60型嵌段硅油进行性能对比。研究表明:L-98A具有自分散性,使用方便,能赋予织物松软、柔滑的手感特点,渗透性好,耐100℃高温,耐高剪切,具有极佳的耐酸、耐碱、耐盐稳定性,同时其环体含量符合欧盟REACH法规标准,无溶剂的特性使其对环境友好,不会损伤含氨纶织物的强力,具有广阔的市场应用前景。

The new solvent free block silicone oil L-98A was studied for its resistance to acid,alkali,salt,heat and compounding stability,and its performance was compared with that of conventional 60 oil content block silicone oil.The study showed that L-98A was self-dispersible and easy to use.It could provide the fab⁃ric a soft,silky feel.It has good hydrophilic,high temperature resistance of 100℃,high shear resistance,ex⁃cellent chemical stability of acid,alkali and salt resistance.Its siloxane cyclics content met the EU REACH stan⁃dard,solvent-free characteristics was more environment friendly,would not cause damage to the strength of spandex-containing fabrics,and had broad market application prospects.
