摘要
以“三全育人”引领工匠精神培育是中国式职业教育现代化建设的科学经验,也是中国式职业教育现代化的德育创举。“三全育人”理念可为工匠精神培育提供指引,工匠精神培育也可为“三全育人”工作的实施提供载体和路径,两者育人目标契合、育人内容共通、育人路径统一。为破解职业院校在“三全育人”引领工匠精神培育工作中面临的观念滞后、治理壁垒、文化短板和载体乏力等问题,职业院校应从理念引领、制度保障、文化浸润和载体重塑等方面着手,开展全方位、立体化、多切面的育人改革。
To lead the cultivation of craftsman spirit with"three-wide education"is the scientific experience and the moral education initiative of the Chinese-style modernization of vocational education.The concept of"three-wide education"can provide guidance for the cultivation of craftsman spirit,and the cultivation of craftsman spirit can also provide the carrier and path for the implementation of the work of"three-wide education",and the two education goals are consistent,the education content is common,and the education path is unified.In order to solve the problems of concept lag,governance barriers,cultural shortcomings and carrier weakness faced by vocational colleges in the cultivation of craftsman spirit led by"three-wide education",vocational colleges should start from the aspects of the concept guidance,system guarantee,cultural infiltration and carrier reunion,and carry out all-round,three-dimensional and multi-faceted education reform.
