类型教育视域下职业教育育人体系:理论逻辑、发展机理与路径分析

The System of Cultivating People in Vocational Education from the Perspective of Vocational Education Types:Theoretical Logic,Development Mechanism and Path Analysis

职业教育是一种与普通教育不同的教育类型,以技术作为基本内核,指向技术技能人才培养目标。职业教育的育人体系,有其独特的类型属性。首先,以技术哲学为理论剖口,从技术生存、技术知识、技术理性等三方面阐述理论逻辑;其次,以共生理论为内在依据,以社会互动理论为外在补充,分析产教融合、校企合作、工学结合、知行合一的职业教育“四合”人才培养模式构建的发展机理;最后,以社会分工为现实基础,指明职业教育育人体系的发展方向,在“四合”育人体系框架中形成“五一一对接”的实现路径。基于此,从宏观层面到学习主体层面,由外化于外的现实需求到内含于里的应然指向,职业教育的育人体系类型特征愈发凸显。

Vocational education is a different type of education from general education,which takes technology as its basic core and points to the goal of training technical talents.Vocational education education system has its own unique type attributes.First of all,this paper takes Philosophy of technology as the theoretical lens,and expounds the theoretical logic from three aspects:technological survival,technological knowledge,and technological rationality;secondly,this article takes the symbiosis theory as the internal basis and the social interaction theory as the external supplement,analyzing the development mechanism of the vocational education"four in one"talent training model construction,which includes integration of industry and education,school enterprise cooperation,combination of engineering and learning,and integration of knowledge and action;finally,based on social division of labor,this article points out the development direction of the vocational education education system,and forms the realization path of"five-one-one docking"in the framework of the"four-combination"education system.From the macro level to the level of the learning subject,from the external practical needs to the internal oriented,the characteristics of the vocational education system are becoming increasingly prominent.
