丙烷对甲烷-空气预混气体爆炸影响机理研究

摘要 为探究丙烷对甲烷爆炸的影响,通过试验研究不同体积分数丙烷对甲烷爆炸特性的影响特征,利用CHEMKIN-PRO软件模拟丙烷影响甲烷爆炸过程中自由基变化特征。结果表明,随着丙烷体积分数的增大,丙烷对甲烷爆炸呈现出先促进后抑制的作用。当丙烷体积分数为0.2%~0.6%时,促进甲烷爆炸;当丙烷体积分数为0.8%~1.0%时,抑制甲烷爆炸。在丙烷促进甲烷爆炸阶段,丙烷通过均裂反应生成·C_(2)H_(5)和·CH_3,·CH_(3)增大·H、·O、·OH的生成速率,导致爆炸强度增强;在丙烷抑制甲烷爆炸阶段,随着丙烷体积分数的持续增加,O_(2)体积分数降低,·O生成速率降低,·H、·OH生成速率降低,导致爆炸强度减弱。 To explore the influence of propane on methane explosion,the influence of different volume fractions of propane on the explosion characteristics of methane was studied through experiments.The change results of pressure parameters obtained from the experiments were compared and analyzed,and the influence law of propane on the explosion characteristics of methane was summarized.CHEMKIN-PRO software was used to simulate the change law of free radicals in the process of methane explosion affected by propane,and the changes law of key free radicals such as·H,·O,·OH were analyzed.The results show that with the increase of propane volume fraction,propane first promotes and then inhibits methane explosion.When the propane volume fraction is 0.2%-0.6%,the methane explosion is promoted,and the maximum explosion pressure and pressure rise rate of methane increase.When the propane volume fraction is 0.8%-1.0%,the maximum explosion pressure and pressure rise rate of methane decrease.In the stage of propane promoting methane explosion,·C_(2)H_(5)and·CH,were generated through propane autolysis reactions.·CH_(3) generated by propane will increase the formation rates of·H,.O,and.OH,and accelerate the chain reaction rate involved by·H,·O,and.OH,increasing the explosion intensity of methane.In the stage of propane inhibiting methane explosion,with the continuous increase of propane volume fraction,the volume fraction of O_(2) in the reaction vessel decreases,the generation rate of.O decreases,the generation rates of·H and·OH decrease,and the chain reaction rate involving·H,·O,and.OH slows down,resulting in the weakening of methane explosion intensity.In this study,the influence of propane on methane explosion and the change rule of key free radicals in the explosion process were obtained by combining experimental and numerical simulation.The influence mechanism of propane on methane explosion characteristics was analyzed to provide theoretical guidance for the effective and safe use of methane.
