摘要
对环锭纺细纱机工艺进行调整,并探究弹力股线的开发及其面料性能。该纺纱方法能增大纱线强力、弹性,减少单纱并捻的工艺流程。合理的工艺设计,良好的设备基础,可以保证弹力股线的顺利生产,为公司研发、市场推广提供技术保障。
The process of ring spinning frame is adjusted,and the development of elastic strand yarn and the properties of fabric made from it are explored.The spinning method can increase the strength and elasticity of yarn and reduce the process flow of single yarn twisting.Reasonable process design and good equipment foundation can ensure the smooth production of elastic strand yarn,and provide technical support for the company’s research and development and marketing.
