摘要
从野生血叶兰的根系中分离出6株内生真菌并接种于血叶兰组培苗进行菌苗共生培养,3个月后测定血叶兰生长发育指标和瓶苗出瓶后一个半月的移栽成活率。结果表明:(1)在组培苗上筛选出来的6株对血叶兰均有不同的促生效果菌株,分别为链格孢属(Alternaria)菌株G6、炭疽病属(Colletotrichum)菌株G9和Y21、轮层炭菌属(Daldinia)菌株G11和Y20、木霉属(Trichoderma)菌株Y6;(2)经过与真菌共生培养的组培苗炼苗的移栽总体效果良好,平均成活率高达90.9%。
Six endophytic fungi,separated from the root systems of the native Ludisia discolor,were inoculated against Ludisia discolor tissue culture seedlings in flask for symbiotic culture to measure the growth effect of seedlings after 3 months’symbiotic culture and their survival rates,when they had been transplanted in bottles for 1.5 months.The studie displayed that,(1)Six endophytic fungi selected from tissue culture seedlings had different promoting effects.Among six endophytic fungi,including one Alternaria species,two Colletotrichum species,two Daldinia species,and one Trichoderma species;(2)Through the culture of endophytic,the transplanting effect of tissue culture seedlings is generally good.After being transplanted,90.9%of plantlets survived.
