火箭发射前后文昌两种热带森林类型土壤微生物多样性变化

摘要 火箭发射时产生的辐射、气体的排放及噪声等相关的干扰可能会对土壤微生物的丰富度和多度产生变化。为了验证这个可能性,研究文昌卫星发射场火箭发射前后周边两种热带森林类型,即椰子纯林和混交林土壤微生物丰富度和多度的变化。结果表明:火箭发射前椰子纯林土壤微生物多样性都显著高于混交林,椰子纯林中的微生物总数为387.52×10^(4)cfu/g,其中细菌为352.62×10^(4)cfu/g、真菌为20.88×10^(4)cfu/g、放线菌为14.02×10^(4)cfu/g;混交林中微生物总数为235.10×10^(4)cfu/g,其中细菌为207.68×10^(4)cfu/g、真菌为18.90×10^(4)cfu/g、放线菌为8.52×10^(4)cfu/g;火箭发射后,混交林和椰子纯林的土壤微生物总数都显著增加,椰子纯林中微生物总数为531.89×10^(4)cfu/g,其中细菌为318.90×10^(4)cfu/g、真菌为60.03×10^(4)cfu/g、放线菌为152.96×10^(4)cfu/g;混交林中微生物总数为370.15×10^(4)cfu/g,其中细菌为190.50×10^(4)cfu/g,真菌为47.55×10^(4)cfu/g、放线菌为132.10×10^(4)cfu/g。 The radiation,gas emission,noise and other related interference generated after rocket launches may change diversity and multiple of soil microorganisms.In order to verify this possibility,the changes of soil microbial diversity and multiple of two tropical forest types that included coconut pure forest and mixed forest around Wenchang Satellite Launch Site before and after the launch of the rocket were studied.The results showed that,soil microbial diversity of coconut pure forest was significantly higher than that of mixed forest before rocket launch.The total number of microorganisms in the pure coconut forest is 387.52×10^(4)cfu/g,the bacteria is 352.62×10^(4)cfu/g,the funguses is 20.88×10^(4)cfu/g,the actinomyces is 14.02×10^(4)cfu/g.The total number of microorganisms in the mixed forest is 235.10×10^(4)cfu/g,the bacteria is 207.68×10^(4)cfu/g,the funguses is 18.90×10^(4)cfu/g,the actinomyces is 8.52×10^(4)cfu/g.After the launch of the rocket,the total number of soil microorganisms in the mixed forest and coconut pure forest increased significantly.The total number of microorganisms in the pure coconut forest is 531.89×10^(4)cfu/g,the bacteria is 318.90×10^(4)cfu/g,the funguses is 60.03×10^(4)cfu/g,the actinomyces is 152.96×10^(4)cfu/g.The total number of microorganisms in the mixed forest is 370.15×10^(4)cfu/g,the bacteria is 190.50×10^(4)cfu/g,the funguses is 47.55×10^(4)cfu/g,the actinomyces is 132.10×10^(4)cfu/g.
