摘要
怀化至湛江高速铁路是国家高速铁路网中南北向大通道的重要组成部分,对于完善国家高速铁路通道布局,构成包海通道、呼南通道间南北向的快速客运通道具有重要意义,其速度目标值的选择对项目工程投资、运营效果、经济效益等影响重大。在阐述怀湛高速铁路客流构成基础上,设计列车开行方案,分析与其他交通运输方式竞争的时间目标值。采用综合分析法、比较法,从建设标准、工程投资分析、路网协调性、时间目标值的客流适应性分析及经济性分析5个角度对250 km/h,300 km/h,350 km/h 3个速度目标值方案进行定性和定量论证分析。结果表明,350 km/h速度目标值方案与区域路网协调匹配、综合经济效益合理、投资节时比最优,可以满足怀湛高速铁路运输需求,具有较强的市场竞争力及社会效益。
Huaihua–Zhanjiang High Speed Railway is an important component of the high speed railway network in the north-south direction of China.It is of great significance for improving the layout of national high speed railway channels and forming a north-south fast passenger transport channel between the Baotou–Haikou and Huhehaote–Nanning channels.The selection of its target speed has a significant impact on project investment,operational effectiveness,and economic benefits.By elaborating on the composition of passenger flows on the Huaihua–Zhanjiang High Speed Railway,this paper designed a train operation plan and analyzed the time target value for competition with other transportation modes.The comprehensive analysis method and comparative method were used to conduct qualitative and quantitative demonstration and analysis on the three target speed schemes of 250 km/h,300 km/h,and 350 km/h from five perspectives of construction standards,engineering investment analysis,railway network coordination,passenger flow adaptability analysis of time target value,and economic analysis.The results show that the target speed scheme of 350 km/h is coordinated and matched with the regional road network,with reasonable comprehensive economic benefits and optimal investment time-saving ratio,which can meet the transportation needs of the Huaihua–Zhanjiang High Speed Railway and has strong market competitiveness and social benefits.
