摘要 安检对铁路旅客运输安全至关重要,既有安检作业存在缺少管理系统、物防技防手段单一、值机人员整体效率不高的问题,因此,设计铁路旅客运输安全检查系统,促进客运安检提质增效。在分析国铁集团、铁路局集团公司、客运站段三级用户需求的基础上,设计了系统结构、技术架构、系统功能,系统采用集中部署三级应用的总体架构,分感知层、分析计算层、服务层、应用层4层设计,主要功能包括安检仪联网、包图关联、禁限物品管理、集中判图、集中分析等。然后,详细阐述了包图关联和集中存储、集中判图和集中分析、禁限物品识别算法等关键技术。最后,在车站开展实验测试,实验表明,安检图像网络传输延迟低于1 s,处置台应用提高了禁限品登记效率,系统可促进客运安检提质增效。 Security inspection is very important for railway passenger transportation safety.The existing security inspection operation has the problems of lack of management system,single means of physical and technical safeguard,and low overall efficiency of image recognition personnel.Therefore,the railway passenger transportation security inspection system is designed to promote the quality and efficiency of passenger transportation security inspection.After analyzing the needs of the three-level users of China State Railway Group,Railway Group Company,and stations,this paper designed the system structure,technical architecture,and system functions.The system adopts the overall architecture of centralized deployment of three-level applications,which is divided into four layers:perception layer,analysis and calculation layer,service layer,and application layer.The main functions include the networking of X-ray security inspection instruments,association of package and X-ray images,prohibited and restricted item management,centralized image recognition,and centralized analysis.Then,the key technologies such as the association of package and X-ray image,centralized image storage,centralized image processing and centralized analysis,and prohibited item identification algorithm were analyzed.Finally,experimental tests were conducted at the station.The results show that the network transmission delay of security inspection images is less than 1 s.The application of the disposal platform improves the efficiency of prohibited and restricted item registration,and the system can promote the improvement of passenger security inspection quality and efficiency.
