摘要
为研究不同类型人造板产品的挥发性有机化合物(VOC)释放情况,依据GB/T 29899—2013《人造板及其制品中挥发性有机化合物释放量试验方法小型释放舱法》对胶合板、刨花板、纤维板、浸渍胶膜纸饰面人造板和涂饰人造板共5种板材样品释放的总挥发性有机化合物(TVOC)和苯系物(包括苯、甲苯和二甲苯)进行定量分析。检测结果显示,大部分素板和浸渍胶膜纸饰面板释放的TVOC浓度很低,而且苯系物均是未检出;少部分素板释放一定量的TVOC,分析发现其VOC主要来源于木材本身;绝大部分涂饰人造板释放的苯系物和TVOC含量较高,分析发现其VOC主要来源于涂料。
This study examined the release of volatile organic compounds(VOC)from different types of wood-based panel products.Quantitative analysis was conducted on the total volatile organic compounds(TVOC)and benzene series compounds(including benzene,toluene,and xylene)released from five kinds of wood-based panels,including plywood,particleboard,fiberboard,surfacedecorated wood-based panels with paper impregnated thermosetting resins,and coated wood-based panels.The analyses were performed according to the standard GB/T 29899-2013 Determination of the emission of volatile organic compounds from wood-basedpanels and furnishing—Small chamber method.The test results showed that the concentrations of VOC released from most unfinished wood-based panels and surface-decorated panels with paper impregnated thermosetting resins were very low,and benzene series compounds were undetected.A small portion of the unfinished wood-based panels released a certain amount of VOC,and the analysis indicated that the VOC released by the boards primarily originated from the wood itself.The content of benzene series compounds and TVOC released by most coated wood-based panels was high.The analysis revealed that the VOC in coated wood-based panels mainly originated from the coatings.
