单螺杆泵在海洋天然气水合物流化采输中的模拟实验 被引量:2

摘要 天然气水合物固体流化开采是海洋浅层非成岩水合物合理开发的关键技术之一,天然气水合物固体流化输送装置是输送水合物的核心装备,输送装置的合理选用、结构设计和性能测试是保障水合物安全输送的关键。文章针对可燃冰固态流化输送技术要求,设计了一种以单螺杆泵作为主体的模拟输送装置,并对其输送性能进行了模拟实验。实验结果表明,在室温且泵吸入口压力超过10 MPa条件下,该模拟输送装置可实现可燃冰的固态流化输送;关键部件的设计结构、材质和表面处理工艺均可满足可燃冰固态流化输送的工艺要求。该实验研究为海洋可燃冰的固态流化开采工艺及采输装备的研制提供有益的技术参考,具有良好的推广应用前景。 Solid fluidization exploitation of natural gas hydrates is one of the key technologies for the rational development of shallow non-diagenetic hydrates in the ocean.The solid fluidization transportation device of natural gas hydrates is the core equipment for transporting hydrates.The reasonable selection,structural design and performance testing of the transportation device are key to ensure the safe transportation of hydrates.In this paper,according to the technical requirements of solid fluidization transportation of combustible ice,a simulation transportation device with a PC pump as the main body was designed,and its transportation performance was simulated.The experimental results show that the simulated conveying device can achieve solid-state fluidization transportation of combustible ice under the conditions of room temperature and pump suction pressure exceeding 10 MPa;the design structure,material and surface treatment process of key components can meet the process requirements of solid fluidization transportation of combustible ice,providing beneficial technical references for the development of solid fluidization exploitation technology and equipment for marine combustible ice,and has good prospects for promotion and application.
