摘要
为了培养适应数字时代要求的数字公民,欧盟发布了教师数字胜任能力框架,涵盖了专业参与能力、数字资源能力、教学与学习能力、评价能力、赋能学生能力、促进学生数字能力等六个方面,并为教师制定了三个等级六个进阶层次的评估诊断标准,以指导教师数字胜任能力建设。这为我国高校教师数字胜任能力建设提供了科学的参考,可以从强化技术融入专业教育教学、构建中国化的教师胜任能力框架、开发可行高校教师评价工具等方面推进高校教师数字胜任能力建设,服务中国高等教育的高质量发展。
In order to cultivate digital citizens who can adapt to the requirements of the digital era,the EU has released the framework of teachers'digital competency,which covers six aspects,including professional participation ability,digital resource ability,teaching and learning ability,evaluation ability,enabling students'ability,and promoting students'digital ability.It has also developed three levels and six advanced levels of evaluation and diagnostic criteria for teachers to guide the construction of teachers'digital competency.This provides a scientific reference for the construction of digital competency of college teachers in China.It can promote the construction of digital competency of college teachers from the aspects of strengthening the integration of technology into professional education and teaching,building a Chinese teacher competency framework,developing evaluation tools for feasible colleges and universities,and serving the high-quality development of China's higher education.
