需求层次理论视角下审计职业教育师生关系优化路径研究

审计职业教育工作中,师生关系是维持学生与教师群体动态需求的关系链,以培训学员、授课教师、行政管理教师(班主任、跟班老师)三者为主体的师生关系发展与维护未达到理想状态,存在“冷漠型”、“保姆型”、“矛盾性”等不和谐关系,对其进行分析和优化,利于提升培训教育质量;形成长效机制,推动审计职业教育体系发展;搭建合作平台,促进审计职业教育与国民教育深度融合。基于需求层次理论,结合审计职业教育特点,构建平等型、民主型、信任型、理解型、发展型五种师生关系模式,实现在保障低层次师生关系的需求基础上转而满足更高层次需求的逐层递进体系。

In the audit of vocational education,the relationship between teachers and students is the relationship chain that maintains the dynamic needs of students and teachers.Ideally,there are disharmonious relationships such as"indifferent","nanny",and"contradiction".Analyzing and optimizing them will help improve the quality of training and education;form a long-term mechanism to promote the development of the auditing vocational education system;build cooperation Platform to promote the deep integration of audit vocational education and national education.Based on the hierarchy of needs theory,combined with the characteristics of auditing vocational education,five teacher-student relationship models are constructed,namely equality,democracy,trust,understanding,and development,so as to meet the needs of lower-level teacher-student relationships and meet higher-level requirements.A layer-by-layer progressive system of hierarchical requirements.
