摘要
目的:分析超加工食品(UPF)摄入与2型糖尿病关系的流行病学证据。方法:通过文献检索有关UPF摄入与2型糖尿病关联的研究并进行综述。结果:经检索最终有6篇关于UPF摄入与2型糖尿病相关的研究,其中有5项研究显示UPF摄入增加,2型糖尿病发病风险增加,1项研究显示两者间无关联。结论:UPF摄入与2型糖尿病可能存在关联,但结论尚不统一,未来还需要更多研究来进一步探索两者之间的关联。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological evidence of the association between ultra-processed food(UPF)intake and type 2 diabetes mellitus.Method A literature search was conducted to review the studies on the association between UPF intake and type 2 diabetes.Result Six studies related to UPF intake and type 2 diabetes were searched,among which 5 studies showed increased UPF intake and increased risk of type 2 diabetes,and 1 study showed no association between the two.Conclusion UPF intake may be associated with type 2 diabetes,but the conclusions are not uniform,and more studies are needed to explore the association in the future.
