油田伴生气脱水工艺优选与设计

摘要 根据某油田伴生气的气质状况以及产品要求(伴生气脱水要求的露点为-100℃),以相关的技术规范作为依据,对国内外的伴生气脱水方法进行分析对比,最终选择分子筛脱水工艺,同时根据实际情况进行了工艺流程的确定,并利用模拟软件确定了符合设计的工艺操作条件,最后进行了脱水设备的选型与计算,以期为后续脱水工艺的设计提供参考。 At present,the domestic onshore oil and gas pipeline non-stop hot-tapping technology under pressure has developed rapidly,but most domestic offshore oil and gas pipeline hot tapping technologies and devices under pressure are still in the stage of theoretical research and test,and there are few success-ful application cases of domestic offshore pipeline tapping devices with independent intellectual property rights.In this paper,an electro hydraulic combined control method for the hot-tappingmachine of offshore pipeline is proposed.The overall control system is divided into deck end monitoring and operation module,underwater control and integration module.The status data and user instructions are transmitted through the electro-hydraulic combined umbilical to realize remote control.The technical device has successfully passed the water depth simulation test of the experimental kettle,which plays a guiding role in the design of the electro-hydraulic module of the deep water pipeline hot-tappingmachine.
