摘要
免疫衰老是指年龄增加,由一系列免疫指标所衡量出的一种状态,这种状态在年轻人与老年人之间存在明显差异,意味着免疫系统发生一系列功能上变化和代偿,而这种差异与机体局部或整体发生慢性炎症联系紧密,最终会导致一系列心血管不良事件的发生,包括动脉粥样硬化。CD4^(+)T细胞亚群被认为在动脉粥样硬化的发生和发展中起到重要作用,其中辅助性T细胞1(Th1细胞)和调节性T细胞(Treg细胞)作为动脉粥样硬化中较为经典的促进和抑制因素,它们的衰老以及对动脉粥样硬化的影响也越来越受到重视。该文就两者的衰老变化和在动脉粥样硬化中的作用进行综述。
Immunosenescence refers to a series of functional degeneration and compensation of immune organs and immune cells with aging.It is closely related to chronic inflammation.which leads to a series of cardiovascular events such as atheroscle-rosis.CD4^(+)T cell subsets are considered to play a significant role in the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis.Among these CD4^(+)T cell subsets,helper T cells 1(Thl cells)and regulatory T cells(Treg cells)are the classic promoting and inhibiting factors in atherosclerosis.Their aging and effects on atherosclerosis has attached more attention these days.This article reviews changes of these two cells in the aging process and their roles in atherosclerosis.
