牡丹高温胁迫研究进展

摘要 为加快耐热牡丹种质资源的筛选进程,为耐热牡丹育种提供理论依据,本文总结了高温及交叉胁迫对牡丹生理生化的影响,简述了牡丹对高温胁迫响应的分子机制,阐述了外源添加物对牡丹耐热性的影响研究进展,同时对牡丹耐热性评价指标筛选及耐热性评价进行了全面总结。结果表明,牡丹耐热性研究目前主要集中在种质资源耐热性评价方面,而高温响应机理和耐热品种选育则相对滞后;高温胁迫及交叉胁迫是江南地区牡丹面临的主要逆境胁迫。今后亟待深入研究相应的机理,以此了解高温下牡丹响应高温的生理生化机制和外源添加物质影响下牡丹耐热性的提升途径,加快耐热牡丹种质资源的筛选及耐热牡丹的育种进程。 In order to accelerate germplasm selection of heat-resistant peony and provide theoretical basis for breeding heat-resistant peony,the effects of high temperature and cross stress on physiology and biochemistry of peony were summarized,the molecular mechanism of response of peony to high temperature stress was briefly described,the research progress of influence of exogenous additives on heat resistance of peony was expounded,and the evaluation indexes and heat resistance evaluation of peony were comprehensively summarized.The results showed that the research on heat tolerance of peony was focused on heat tolerance evaluation of germplasm resources,while the high temperature response mechanism and the breeding of heat-resistant varieties lagged behind relatively.High temperature stress and cross stress are the main stress of peony in Jiangnan area.It is urgent to further study the corresponding mechanism,so as to understand the physiological and biochemical mechanism of peony response to high temperature under high temperature and the improvement of heat tolerance of peony under the influence of exogenous added substances,so as to accelerate the germplasm resource screening of heat resistant peony and the breeding process of heat resistant peony.
