5.7%甲氨基阿维菌素微乳剂和0.5%苦参碱防治豇豆蓟马的药效试验 被引量:2

摘要 为了有效防治田间豇豆蓟马的危害,探究安全高效的防控方案,选用5.7%甲氨基阿维菌素微乳剂、0.5%苦参碱及两者的复配药剂进行豇豆蓟马的田间防治试验,共设置了9个处理方案。结果表明,苦参碱的速效性和防效相对较弱,剂量为9 g/hm^(2)的苦参碱处理药后7 d后的防效仅为66.4%;而剂量为64.13 g/hm^(2)的甲维盐和复配药剂(5.7%甲维盐51.3 g/hm^(2)+0.5%苦参碱6.75 g/hm^(2))、复配药剂(5.7%甲维盐64.13 g/hm^(2)+0.5%苦参碱6.75 g/hm^(2))对豇豆蓟马的防效较好,整体表现出较好的速效性,且复配药剂的使用可有效延缓豇豆蓟马抗药性的发展。 In order to control the damage of cowpea thrips,safety and efficient solution was explored in the field.The experiment chose 5.7% Emamectin Benzoate Micro-Emulsion、0.5% Matrine and compound pesticides with 5.7% Emamectin Benzoate Micro-Emulsion and 0.5% Matrine to conduct the experiment on thrips controlling.The experiment set up 9 approches.The results show that Matrine has lower control effect and quick action to cowpea thrips.The Matrine dose of 9 g/hm^(2) which is highest dose in the Matrine approaches was proved that its control effect only reach to 66.4%.Emamectin Benzoate Micro-Emulsion dose of 64.13 g/hm^(2)、compound pesticides(51.3 g/hm^(2)5.7% Emamectin Benzoate Micro-Emulsion+6.75 g/hm^(2)0.5% Matrine)and compound pesticides(64.13 g/hm^(2)5.7% Emamectin Benzoate Micro-Emulsion+6.75 g/hm^(2)0.5% Matrine)have better control effects,the third approaches show better quick action.The use of compound pesticides can delay the development of resistance efficiently.
