Jingliangyou 8612 is a two-line hybrid rice combination with high yield and quality bred by using the combination of Jing 4155S and Huahui 8612.This combination not only has stable yield and high quality,but also has a wide range of suitable breeding areas and good quality.This paper mainly introduced the characteristics of Jingliangyou 8612 and its high-yield cultivation techniques and seed production techniques as a single season medium rice in the rice planting areas in the middle and lower reaches of Yangtze River,in order to provide reference for promotion and development of the variety.
