摘要 为了实现工业压力仪表信号的数学信号预处理,应用Matlab软件的Signal Processing Toolbox工具包对所采集的压力数据进行去趋势,平滑处理(移动平均、加权移动平均、Savitzky-Golay和中位数滤波),提取峰值包络,去除离群异常值等预处理操作,并对多组压力数据实现了相似性判断、信号对齐和周期测量。数字信号处理技术与传统的模拟信号处理相比较,预处理过程更直观、高效、灵活,为后续的压力信号逻辑处理奠定坚实的基础,成为压力仪表可靠运行的前提。 In order to realize the mathematical signal preprocessing of industrial pressure instrument signals,the Signal Processing Toolbox tool kit of Matlab was used to carry out trendcutting,smoothing processing(moving average,weighted moving average,Savitzky-Golay and median filtering),extraction of peak envelope,removal of outlier and other pre-processing operations on the collected pressure data.The similarity judgment,signal alignment and period measurement of pressure data are realized.Compared with the traditional analog signal processing,the digital signal processing technology is more intuitive,efficient and flexible,which lays a solid foundation for the subsequent pressure signal logical processing and becomes the premise for the reliable operation of pressure instruments.
