To ensure the stable and reliable operation of online analytical instruments and provide practical reference data for process production,it is necessary to reduce the failure frequency of online analytical instrument.By analyzing the failure causes of online analytical instrument and improving the sample pretreatment system,the failure maintenance frequency of online chromatograph of polypropylene reactor has been reduced.It is hoped that the personnel involved in the pretreatment design of online analytical instrument of polyolefin reactor and the personnel involved in the operation and maintenance of online analytical instrument of polyolefin reactor will see and be popularized,to reduce the failure rate of such online analytical instruments and reduce the maintenance workload of operation and maintenance personnel.
