聚丙烯反应器在线色谱仪样品预处理改进

摘要 为保证在线分析仪表稳定可靠运行,并为工艺生产提供实际的参考数据,就必须减少在线分析仪表的故障频率。通过分析在线分析仪表的故障原因,并对样品预处理系统的改进,降低了聚丙烯反应器在线色谱仪的故障维护频率。希望参与聚烯烃反应器在线分析仪表预处理设计和运维人员能看到并得到应用推广,以降低该类在线分析仪表的故障率,减轻运维人员的维护量。 To ensure the stable and reliable operation of online analytical instruments and provide practical reference data for process production,it is necessary to reduce the failure frequency of online analytical instrument.By analyzing the failure causes of online analytical instrument and improving the sample pretreatment system,the failure maintenance frequency of online chromatograph of polypropylene reactor has been reduced.It is hoped that the personnel involved in the pretreatment design of online analytical instrument of polyolefin reactor and the personnel involved in the operation and maintenance of online analytical instrument of polyolefin reactor will see and be popularized,to reduce the failure rate of such online analytical instruments and reduce the maintenance workload of operation and maintenance personnel.
