主泵转速测量可靠性分析及优化

摘要 反应堆冷却剂泵(统称主泵)是核电厂关键大型转动设备,其运行状态的好坏直接决定着核电厂的经济效益和核安全,而主泵转速、振动、温度等重要参数为判断主泵的运行状态提供依据,尤其主泵转速信号是表征主泵状态的关键参数。本文就主泵转速测量装置进行介绍,对历次循环运行期间出现的问题进行分析说明,并针对主泵转速测量装置开展的可靠性优化工作进行总结。 The reactor coolant pump(collectively referred to as the main pump)is a key large-scale rotating equipment in nuclear power plant.Its operating state directly determines the economic benefits and nuclear safety of nuclear power plant.The main pump speed,vibration,temperature and other important parameters provide a basis for judging the operating state of the main pump,especially the main pump speed signal is the key parameter to characterize the main pump state.This paper introduces the main pump speed measuring device,analyzes and explains the problems during the previous cycle operation,and summarizes the reliability optimization work of the main pump speed measuring device.
