摘要
某重水堆核电厂仪表压空分配系统随着投运年限的增加,设备故障率及误报警率逐年上升,多次因设备故障造成压缩气体分配控制失效,导致重要厂房某一回路失气,严重影响启动设备正常运行。本文提出了通过可编程逻辑控制器PLC对仪表压空分配系统进行升级改造,提升压空分配系统稳定性,降低压空分配系统的故障率,以保障核电站各个厂房的气源可靠性,并为其它类似系统工况升级改造提供参考价值。
With the increase of service life of Instrument Air Distribute System in CANDU 6,the equipment failure rate and false alarm rate have increased year by year.Many times,the compressed gas distribution control failed due to equipment failure,which led to the loss of gas in a certain circuit of an important plant,seriously affecting the normal operation of start-up equipment.In this paper,the programmable logic controller PLC is proposed to upgrade the Instrument Air Distribute System to improve the stability of the Instrument Air Distribute System and reduce the failure rate of the Instrument Air Distribute System.In order to ensure the reliability of gas source in each plant of nuclear power plant,and provide reference value for the upgrading and reconstruction of other similar systems.
