摘要
主要论述了主跳闸电磁阀故障的分析与诊断,并提出改进建议。结合某电厂700MW汽轮机试验过程中多次出现的阀体卡涩现象,对控制逻辑和系统工艺也进行简略概述。本文论述的对象是TOKYO公司制造的串联级主跳闸电磁阀,其广泛应用于电力行业。对主跳闸电磁阀的典型故障分析研究,具有较高的实践和参考意义。
This paper mainly discusses the fault analysis and diagnosis of main trip solenoid valve,and puts forward improvement suggestions.The control logic and system process are also briefly summarized in combination with the valve body jamming phenomenon occurred many times during the test of 700MW steam turbine in a power plant.The object of this paper is the series main trip solenoid valve manufactured by Tokyo company,which is widely used in the power industry.The analysis and Research on the typical faults of the main trip solenoid valve has high practical and reference significance.
