摘要
主要基于工业大数据的AI装置优化技术进行研究,介绍了工业大数据的特征和石油化工行业应用现状;分析了非线性回归分析、神经网络算法、遗传算法等AI优化技术,通过AI模型对象辨识可以帮助生产装置实现控制回路PID参数的整定;并借助AI报警优化技术可以有效抑制装置无效报警、突出重要报警,从而使生产装置实现长周期稳定运行。
It mainly studies AI device optimization technology based on industrial big data,introducing the characteristics of industrial big data and the application status of petrochemical industry.AI optimization techniques such as nonlinear regression analysis,neural network algorithm and genetic algorithm are analyzed.The method AI model object identification can help the production device realize PID parameter setting of control loop.And with the help of AI alarm optimization technology,it can effectively restrain the ineffective alarm of the device and highlight the important alarm,so as to realize the stable operation of the production device in a long period.
