甘肃祁连圆柏种子催芽播种育苗技术探究

Exploration on Seed Germination and seedling-raising techniques of Qilian Juniper in Gansu Province

祁连圆柏种子的种皮、种壳较为坚硬,播种后萌芽缓慢,一年发芽率过低,增加了繁殖周期。因此,在祁连圆柏播种育苗之前,应进行催芽方法的准确选用,以促进种子第一年发芽,并提高出苗率,本研究基于五种催芽处理方法,进行播种育苗技术的应用论述,包括了育苗期间的温度控制及水肥管理,以及幼苗整个成长期间的病虫害治理技术,以提高祁连圆柏的出苗率与成长质量。

The seed coat and seed Shell of Sabina vulgaris in Qilian are relatively hard.After sowing,the seed Germination is slow and the germination rate is too low in one year,which increases the reproductive cycle.Therefore,before sowing and seedling-raising of Sabina vulgaris in Qilian,accurate selection of germination-promoting methods should be carried out in order to promote the germination of seeds in the first year and increase the rate of emergence.This paper discusses the application of seeding and seedling-raising techniques based on five methods of germination-promoting treatment,it includes temperature control and water and fertilizer management during seedling growth,as well as pest and disease management techniques throughout seedling growth to improve the emergence rate and growth quality of Sabina Qilian.
