新文科背景下跨境电商人才培养路径研究

Research on the Training Path of Cross border E-commerce Talents under the Background of New Liberal Arts

新文科是指新时代下,传统人文社会科学在教育理念、思路方法、研究方式等方面进行全面反思、转型与革新,以应对新时代文科发展的新问题。其建设就是要弱化传统学科与专业的边界,广泛应用日新月异的信息技术,通过学科重组和跨学科融合,为社会培养跨学科、跨专业人才。近年来,跨境电商作为一种新兴的国际贸易业态发展迅速,社会对跨境电商人才的需求数量和质量都日益提高。本文旨在以新文科理念为指引,通过文理学科交叉、多元化信息技术嵌入、多维度产教融合,培养综合素质较高的应用型跨境电商创新人才。

In the new era,the new liberal arts refers to the comprehensive reflection,transformation and innovation of the traditional humanities and social sciences in the aspects of educational ideas,methods and research paradigms,in order to cope with the new problems of the development of liberal arts in the new era.Its construction is to weaken the boundary between traditional disciplines and professions,widely apply the ever-changing information technology,and train interdisciplinary and interdisciplinary talents for the society through disciplinary reorganization and interdisciplinary integration.In recent years,cross-border e-commerce has developed rapidly as a new form of international trade,and the social demand for cross-border e-commerce talents is increasing both in quantity and quality.Under the guidance of the new liberal arts concept,this paper aims to cultivate applied cross-border e-commerce innovative talents with high comprehensive quality through the intersection of liberal arts and science disciplines,the embedding of diversified information technology and the integration of multi-dimensional production and education.
