产教融合背景下校企共建产业学院的建设路径研究

Research on the Construction Path of University-Enterprise Industrial College under the Background of Integration of Industry and Education

近年来,产业学院作为推进产教融合,构建校企合作长效机制的重要载体,引起全国各大高校的广泛关注。国家出台了一系列制度安排和激励政策,但从实践来看,进展情况并不理想。校企合作还处于浅层次、低水平的状态,产教融合还存在松散式、“两张皮”现象。究其原因是学校和企业还没有找到利益的结合点,产业学院建设还没有找到有效的机制。在这样的背景下对校企共建产业学院的建设路径进行探索,提出强化政策供给,完善产业学院建设的政策支持;以多元协同为目标完善产业学院内部治理机制等路径,从而为推动校企共建产业学院寻求了新的路径。

In recent years,as an important carrier for promoting the integration of industry and education and building a long-term mechanism for school enterprise cooperation,the Industrial College has attracted widespread attention from major universities across the country.The country has introduced a series of institutional arrangements and incentive policies,but in practice,the progress has not been ideal.The cooperation between schools and enterprises is still in a shallow and low-level state,and there is still a loose and"two skin"phenomenon in the integration of industry and education.The reason is that schools and enterprises have not yet found a convergence of interests,and the construction of industrial colleges has not yet found an effective mechanism.In this context,this paper explores the construction path of industrial college jointly built by university and enterprise,and proposes to strengthen the policy supply and improve the policy support for the construction of industrial college.With the goal of diversified collaboration and improving the internal governance mechanism of the Industrial College,a new path has been sought to promote the joint construction of the Industrial College by universities and enterprises.
