茶思维在民办高校大学生劳动教育中的倡导与发展模式研究

Research on Advocacy and Development of Tea Thinking in Labor Education of Private College Students

中国历史悠久,文化底蕴深厚,尤其茶文化具有丰富的内涵,是儒、释、道三家思想的精髓体现,对人们的思维和行为都有非常重要的引导作用,在净化心灵的同时,实现综合素养的提升。这种茶思维就为高校的教育工作提供了有利条件,为大学生劳动教育提供了全新的方式。为了实现茶思维与民办高校大学生的劳动教育的深度融合,本文就对茶思维着手,在了解茶思维内涵的基础上,分析茶思维融入劳动教育的意义,明确茶思维在民办高校大学生劳动教育中的应用可行性,最后,提出了茶思维在民办高校大学生劳动教育中的倡导和发展策略。

China has a long history and deep cultural heritage,particularly in regards to tea culture which embodies the essence of Confucianism,Buddhism,and Taoism.It plays an important guiding role in people's thoughts and behaviors,purifying the mind and enhancing comprehensive literacy.This tea thinking provides favorable conditions for educational work in universities and presents a brand new way for labor education of college students.In order to achieve a deep integration between tea thinking and the labor education of private college students,this article starts with an investigation of the essence of tea thinking,analyses the significance of integrating tea thinking into labor education,and clarifies the feasibility of applying tea thinking to labor education in private colleges.Finally,this article puts forward the advocacy and development strategies for the application of tea thinking to labor education in private colleges.
