摘要
基于“双减”政策背景,从应试教育视角分析家庭教育投入行为及负担,并从企业人力资源管理方法中吸取经验,适当应用到孩子的家庭教育中。研究认为,家庭教育以经济和时间投入两种方式为主,在家庭条件异质性情况下可适当提高投入时间,并采用薪酬管理、培训与开发、人力资源管理规划等方式方法将父母陪伴高效化以实现精准减负。
Double Reduction is an educational policy for reducing the burden of homework and off campus training for students in compulsory educational stage.Under this policy background,we analyzes the investment behavior and burden of family education from the perspective of exam-oriented education,draws experience from enterprise human resource management methods,and appropriately applied the experience to children's family education.It is found that family education mainly relies on two methods:economic and time investment.In cases of heterogeneity in family circumstances,investment time can be appropriately increased,and methods such as salary management,training and development,and human resource management planning can be used to rise the efficiency of accompany parents in order to achieve precise burden reduction.
