万利一矿42303大采高工作面矿压显现规律研究 被引量:1

摘要 以万利一矿42303工作面为背景,运用UDEC数值模拟和现场实测的方法,研究了42303工作面开采过程中矿压显现规律,研究结果表明:42303工作面直接顶初次垮落步距为40 m,基本顶初次来压步距为60 m,周期来压步距平均为20 m,超前支承压力峰值范围为煤壁前方20~30 m,工作面周期来压的分布具有不均衡性、不同步性。数值模拟和现场实测得出的结论基本一致,为类似条件大采高工作面安全高效回采提供参考。 Taking the 42303 working face of Wanliyi No.1 Coal Mine as the background,using the methods of UDEC numerical simulation and field measurement,the strata behaviors regularity in the mining process of 42303 working face is studied.The research results show that:42303 working face direct top initial caving step distance is 40 m,the basic top initial pressing step distance is 60 m,the average periodic pressing step distance is 20 m,the peak range of advance abutment pressure is 20~30 m in front of the coal wall,the distribution of working face periodic pressure is uneven,not synchronized.The results obtained by numerical simulation and field measurement are basically consistent,which provides a reference for safe and efficient mining in similar conditions with large mining height.
