Design and Application of An Oil Injection Filter Device

在柴油无轨胶轮车加油的过程中,油箱进油口处的滤网经常被抽油器的出油管口捅破,从而出现无过滤网加油的情况。由于柴油桶自身底部的沉淀物较多,导致柴油无轨胶轮车在运行的过程中出现油管堵塞、发动机故障等问题。基于此,文章设计了一种用于柴油无轨胶轮车的注油过滤装置。抽油器的出油口通过搭接半管将油料引入可拆卸式滤网结构,对柴油中的沉淀物、油桶内的杂质进行过滤。当需要清理过滤网时,通过转动旋转轴,可将导向管和过滤网从套接筒正面缺口旋转而出,便于清洁过滤网。该装置保证了用油清洁,减少了发动机故障,满足了井下作业需求,取得了良好的经济效益。

In the process of refueling diesel railless rubber wheels,the filter screen at the oil tank inlet is often pierced by the outlet pipe of the oil pump,resulting in the situation of refueling without filter screen.Due to the large amount of sediment at the bottom of the diesel barrel itself,problems such as oil pipe blockage and engine failure occur during the operation of the diesel trackless rubber wheel vehicle.Based on this,an oil filling filter device for diesel trackless rubber wheel vehicle is designed in this paper.The oil outlet of the oil extractor introduces the oil into the detachable filter screen structure through the lap half pipe to filter the sediment in the diesel oil and the impurities in the oil drum.When the filter needs to be cleaned,the guide tube and filter can be rotated out of the front gap of the sleeve cylinder by rotating the rotating shaft,which is convenient for cleaning the filter.The device can ensure oil cleaning,reduce engine failure,meet the needs of underground operation,and obtain good economic benefits.
