四川省病媒生物控制现状与挑战

Present situation and challenges of vector control in Sichuan Province

《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》对深入开展爱国卫生运动和病媒生物综合预防控制提出了新的要求。虽然四川省一直以爱国卫生为抓手,积极推进病媒生物防治工作,并在完善监测网络和科学开展综合防控等领域做了许多有益的探索,但在病媒生物的可持续控制和全球气候环境改变带来的媒介生物变化等问题中还面临着诸多挑战。本文回顾和分析了四川省病媒生物监测与控制工作的历史与现状,认为在以往防控工作的基础上,还需加强各地和爱卫办的沟通协作能力,结合健康中国要求和新时期病媒生物性疾病的变化,研究适合于本省的病媒生物精准防控策略,同时提升跨学科和跨部门交流合作能力。

The Outline of the Healthy China 2030 Plan puts forward new requirements for patriotic health campaigns and comprehensive vector prevention and control.Although Sichuan Province has made many beneficial explorations on promoting the prevention and control of disease vectors actively,improving the monitoring network,and carrying out comprehensive prevention and control scientifically.Sichuan Province faces the challenges of sustainable control of vectors and the changes of vectors and pathogens caused by the change of global climate and environment.This article reviews and analyzes the history and current situation of vector monitoring and control in Sichuan Province.The article believes the necessity to strengthen the communication and cooperation capability between local departments and the Patriotic Health Office on the basis of previous prevention and control work,explore the precise prevention and control strategy of vector organisms suitable for Sichuan Province by combining the requirements of healthy China and the changes of vector biological diseases in the new era,meanwhile enhance cross-disciplinary and cross-departmental communication and cooperation capabilities.
