摘要
目的 调查2021年成都市成华区白纹伊蚊幼虫对3种杀虫剂的抗性情况,为合理使用杀虫剂提供指导。方法 采用幼虫浸渍法测定成都市成华区有代表性的3个街道的白纹伊蚊幼虫对敌敌畏、溴氰菊酯、残杀威的抗性水平。结果 2021年成都市成华区白纹伊蚊幼虫对残杀威产生低中度抗性(抗性倍数3.18~12.43);对敌敌畏产生敏感至低抗性(抗性倍数2.03~3.57);对溴氰菊酯产生高度抗性(抗性倍数135.25~242.25)。结论 成都市成华区白纹伊蚊幼虫对残杀威和溴氰菊酯均产生了不同程度的抗性。应减少使用拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂,轮换使用较为敏感的杀虫剂,以控制蚊虫抗性的发展。
Objective To investigate the resistance of Aedes albopictus larvae to three commonly used insecticides from Chenghua District of Chengdu in 2021,and provide a guide for the rational insecticides application.Methods The resistance of Aedes albopictus larvae to dichlorvos,deltamethrin and propoxur from three representative streets of Chenghua District was measured by larval immersion.Results The Aedes albopictus larvae in Chenghua District of Chengdu City in 2021 were low or medium resistant to propoxur(RR:3.18-12.43),sensitive or low resistant to dichlorvos(RR:2.03-3.57),and highly resistant to deltamethrin(RR:135.25-242.25).Conclusion The larvae of Aedes albopictus from Chenghua District of Chengdu City have developed some resistance to propoxur and deltamethrin.Pyrethroid insecticides should be reduced in mosquito control,alternated by sensitive insecticides,so as to control the development of resistance.
