9种病毒类杀虫剂对台湾乳白蚁的毒杀效果研究

摘要 目的 了解9种病毒类农药对台湾乳白蚁的毒杀效果。方法 参照农药登记用白蚁防治剂药效试验方法及评价(NY_T 1153—2013)第1部分:农药对白蚁的毒力与实验室药效。结果 胃毒试验中,在试验浓度下(稀释50、75、100倍),7 d时间,棉铃虫核型多角体病毒悬浮剂(2×10~9 PIB/ml)、甜菜夜蛾核型多角体病毒悬浮剂(3×10~9 PIB/g)、茶尺蠖核型多角体病毒·苏云金杆菌悬浮剂(1×10~7PIB/ml+2 000 IU/μl)、苜蓿银纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒·苏云金芽孢杆菌悬浮剂(1×10~7 PIB/ml+2 000 IU/μl)、小菜蛾颗粒体病毒悬浮剂(3×10^(10)OB/ml)、菜青虫颗粒体病毒·苏云金杆菌悬浮剂(1×10~7PIB/ml+0.2%)6种药剂白蚁无死亡;蟑螂病毒饵剂(6 000 PIB/g)各浓度处理组白蚁均在第3天全部死亡;斜纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒悬浮剂(1×10~9 PIB/ml)各浓度处理组白蚁分别在第5、5、6天全部死亡;甘蓝夜蛾核型多角体病毒悬浮剂(2×10~9PIB/ml)50、75倍稀释液处理组白蚁均在第6天全部死亡;触杀试验中,苜蓿银纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒·苏云金芽孢杆菌悬浮剂(1×10~7 PIB/ml+2 000 IU/μl)75倍和100倍稀释液、茶尺蠖核型多角体病毒·苏云金杆菌悬浮剂(1×10~7 PIB/ml+2 000 IU/μl)100倍稀释液对台湾乳白蚁无触杀作用;蟑螂病毒饵剂(6 000 PIB/g)、甘蓝夜蛾核型多角体病毒悬浮剂(2×10~9 PIB/ml)、斜纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒悬浮剂(1×10~9 PIB/ml)50、75、100倍稀释处理组白蚁分别于第1、2、2,2、2、2,2、3、4天全部死亡。结论 蟑螂病毒饵剂、斜纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒悬浮剂、甘蓝夜蛾核型多角体病毒悬浮剂、茶尺蠖核型多角体病毒·苏云金杆菌悬浮剂对台湾乳白蚁有毒杀作用,具有一定的白蚁防治应用前景。 Objective To learn the efficacy of nine viral pesticides against Coptotermes formosanus.Methods Efficacy test method and evaluation of insecticides for termite control for pesticide registration(NY_T 1153—2013) part 1:Method of test for toxicity and laboratory efficacy of pesticids against termites was adopted.Results Stomach toxicity showed that,at 50,75 or 100 times dilution,Helicoverpa armigera nucleopolyhedrovirus suspension concentrate(SC)(2×10~9 PIB/ml),Spodoptera exgiua nucleopolyhedrovirus SC(3×10~9 PIB/g),Ectropis obliqua nucleopolyhedrovirus Bacillus thuringiensis SC(1×10~7 PIB/ml + 2 000 IU/μl),Autographa californica nucleopolyhedrovirus Bacillus thuringiensis SC(1×10~7 PIB/ml + 2 000 IU/μl),Plutella xylostella granulosis virus SC(3×10~(10) OB/ml),Pieris rapae granulosis virus Bacillus thuringiensis SC(1×10~7 PIB/ml+0.2%) didn't cause any death of the termite seven days after the application,Periplaneta fuliginosa densonucleosis virus bait(6 000 PIB/g) caused 100% death of the termites in three days.The termites treated with different concentrations of Spodoptera litura nucleopolyhedrosis virus SC(1×10~9 PIB/ml) caused 100% death in five,five and six days respectively.All the termites treated with 50 and 75 times dilution of Spodoptera oleracea nucleopolyhedrosis virus SC(2×10~9PIB/ml) died in six days.Contact action showed that 75-fold and 100-fold diluents of Autographa californica nucleopolyhedrovirus Bacillus thuringiensis SC(1×10~7PIB/ml + 2 000 IU/μl),and 100-fold diluents of Ectropis obliqua nucleopolyhedrovirus Bacillus thuringiensis SC(1×10~7 PIB/ml+2 000 IU/μl) did not cause any death of the termites.When 50,75 and 100 folds diluted,Periplaneta fuliginosa densonucleosis virus bait(6 000 PIB/g) caused the 100% death of termites respectively in 1,2,2 days,Mamestra brassicae nucleopolyhedrovirus SC(2×10~9PIB/ml)caused the 100% death of termites respectively in 2,2,2 days,while Spodoptera litura nucleopolyhedrovirus SC(1×10~9 PIB/ml) caused the 100% death of termites respectively in 2,3,4 days.Conclusion Periplaneta fuliginosa densonucleosis virus bait,Spodoptera litura nucleopolyhedrovirus SC and Mamestra brassicae nucleopolyhedrovirus SC,Ectropis obliqua nucleopolyhedrovirus Bacillus thuringiensis SC displayed strong stomach toxic or contact action on Coptotermes formosanus,providing application prospects for termite control.
