温度对白纹伊蚊卵孵化影响的研究

Effect of temperatures on hatchabilities of Aedes albopictus eggs

目的 了解白纹伊蚊卵在不同温度下的孵化情况,为室内白纹伊蚊饲养及野外白纹伊蚊幼虫监测提供参考。方法 分别在20、24、28℃条件下观察白纹伊蚊卵的孵化情况,采用SPSS 26软件进行数据分析。结果 白纹伊蚊卵在24℃时平均孵化率最高,为48.93%,20℃时平均孵化率最低,为31.60%。20℃时孵化时间相对较长,最长为8.50 d,28℃孵化时间相对较短,最短为3 d。结论 温度对白纹伊蚊卵孵化有影响,24℃为其适宜的孵化温度。

Objective To study the hatchabilities of Aedes albopictus eggs at different temperatures,providing reference for breeding of Aedes albopictus indoors and surveillance of larva of Aedes albopictus outdoors.Methods The hatching of Aedes albopictus eggs was observed at 20,24 and 28 ℃,and the data was analyzed by SPSS 26 software.Results The highest average hatching rate of Aedes albopictus eggs was 48.93% at 24 ℃,and the lowest was 31.6% at 20 ℃.The maximum incubation time was 8.50 days at 20 ℃,and the minimum was 3.00 days at 28 ℃.Conclusion Temperature had an influence on Aedes albopictus egg hatching,and 24 ℃ was suitable temperature for hatching.
