社区人群队列的步态和不良预后相关性研究进展

Review of research progress on the relationship between gait and adverse events based on community cohort

步态是可以反映老年人全身多系统情况的重要指标,近些年来逐渐受到关注。步态异常在社区老年人中常见,不仅增加跌倒的风险,加重生活能力的丧失,并且增加远期全因死亡风险,其中心血管死亡风险的增加最为突出。步态异常与远期痴呆风险的关联性主要发生在除阿尔茨海默病外的其他类型的痴呆上。本文针对老年人步态异常与不良事件的关系的研究进展进行综述,旨在强调步态参数对老年人不良预后提示的重要性。在后续研究中,建立步态参数采集和测量的统一标准对步态障碍的深入研究具有重要意义。

Gait is an important indicator of multisystemic conditions in the geriatric population and has received increasing attention recently.Gait abnormalities are common among elderly adults in the community,which not only increase the risk of falls,and aggravates the loss of living ability,but are also strongly associated with increased risk of all-cause mortality in the long term,most notably increased risk of cardiovascular mortality.The relationship between abnormal gait and long-term dementia risk is mainly manifested in dementias except Alzheimer's.This article provides a literature review on the relationship between gait abnormalities and adverse events in the older people,to emphasize the importance of gait parameters in indicating poor prognosis.In the future study,it is of great significance to establish a unified standard for the acquisition and measurement of gait parameters for the in-depth study of gait disorders.
