2019—2021年新疆焉耆县人间布鲁菌病监测结果分析 被引量:2

Analysis on human brucellosis surveillance results in Yanqi County of Xinjiang from 2019-2021

摘要 目的 分析新疆巴音郭楞蒙古自治州焉耆县布鲁菌病疫情及其流行特征,为今后制定防控措施提供流行病学资料。方法 对2019—2021年焉耆县布鲁菌病高危重点人群进行血清学检测,对检测结果进行统计分析。结果 2019—2021年,焉耆县共监测布鲁菌病重点人群3 525人,采集血清标本2 208人份,平均血检阳性率为11.82%,平均患病率为6.35%;血检阳性率和患病率3年呈逐步下降趋势(χ^(2)=49.503、15.539,均P<0.01);血检阳性率和患病率最高的是北大渠乡,分别为19.21%和11.33%,各乡镇血检阳性率与患病率呈正相关(r=0.95,P<0.01);职业分布看,血检阳性率和患病率较高的是牧民和养殖户,较低的是学生和医务人员(均P<0.01)。结论 2019—2021年焉耆县人间布鲁菌病疫情连续呈下降趋势,但部分乡(镇)人间布鲁菌病疫情仍较为严重,特别是高风险职业人群患病率较高,应继续加强重点地区和人群监测及干预。 Objective To analyze the epidemic situation and epidemic characteristics of brucellosis in Yanqi County of Bayingolin Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture in Xinjiang,provide the epidemiological data for future development of prevention and control measures.Methods The serological testing was performed on high-risk populations for brucellosis in Yanqi County from 2019 to 2021,and the test results were analyzed statistically.Results From 2019 to 2021,a total of 3525 key people for brucellosis were monitored,and 2208 serum samples were collected.The average positive rate of blood testing was 11.82%and the average prevalence rate was 6.35%.Thepositive rate of blood testing and prevalence rate decreased gradually in three years(χ^(2)=49.503,15.539,both P<0.01).The positive rate of blood testing and prevalence rate in Beidaqu township were the highest,which was 19.21%and 11.33%respectively.There was a positive correlation between the positive rate of blood testing and prevalence rate in townships(r=0.95,P<0.01).For the occupational distribution,the positive rate of blood testing and prevalence rate were higher in herdsmen and farmers,and lower in students and medical staff(all P<0.01).Conclusion The human brucellosis epidemic in Yanqi County from 2019 to 2021 show a continuous downward trend,but the epidemic situation of human brucellosisis stll relatively serious in some townships,especially the prevalence rate of high-risk occupational groups is relatively high,and monitoring and intervention in key areas and populations should be further strengthened.
