“校园贷”背景下的大学生金融消费者权益保护国际经验与启示

International Experience and Enlightenment of the Protection of College Students'Financial Consumer Rights and Interests in the Context of"Campus Loan"

近年来,在我国互联网金融领域快速发展和大学生金融消费水平不断提高的社会环境下,各类金融主体相继注意到在校大学生巨大的金融消费潜力,将大学生作为目标群体的不良“校园贷”也随之诞生并野蛮生长,在这个过程中他们肆意侵害大学生金融消费权益,引发了严重的社会问题。本文以不良“校园贷”侵害大学生金融消费权益为背景,阐述了大学生金融消费权益受到不良“校园贷”侵害的现实,通过对美国、英国、欧盟在金融消费者权益保护制度方面的经验和做法进行分析,通过国外优秀经验做法给予的启示,完善我国大学生金融消费权益保护体系。

Under the social environment that the Internet finance field in China has developed rapidly and the financial consumption level of college students has been continuously improved over the years,the huge financial consumption potential of college students has been successively noticed by various financial entities.The"campus loans"having bad impact and taking college students as the target group have also grown savagely,which have wantonly violated college students'financial consumption rights and interests in this process,and caused serious social problems.In this thesis,it takes"campus loans"with bad impact and infringing on college students'financial consumption rights as the background.The reality that college students'consumer rights and interests are violated by the bad"campus loans"is elaborated.The analysis is carried out based on the experience and practices of the United States,the United Kingdom,and the European Union in the protection system of financial consumer rights and interests.The protection system of financial consumer rights and interests of college students in our country is perfected in line with the enlightement given by excellent foreign experience and practices.
