摘要
随着模块化建筑钢结构对连接性能和安装效率要求的提高,不同模块间连接节点对构件性能的影响也逐渐受到关注。为了解一种新型模块化内套筒—对穿螺栓钢结构连接节点构造对组合柱轴压受力性能的影响,利用ANSYS有限元软件对其模块组合柱进行了轴压性能的数值分析。结果表明:组合柱破坏形态为局部屈曲破坏,螺栓受剪且应力最大值出现在螺栓及螺孔处;随着宽厚比的增加,组合柱的初始刚度增大,能够抵抗更大变形。对比没有内套筒的钢柱,在加入内套筒后,极限承载力提升幅度随宽厚比的增大而越发明显,说明在相对宽厚比较小的柱中,大宽厚比内套筒的加入能够较好改善组合柱的承载能力,且内套筒高度以250mm为宜,厚度宜取8~12mm,螺孔间距取70mm较好。
With the improvement of the connection performance and installation efficiency requirements of modular building steel structures,the influence of connection nodes between different modules on the performance of components has gradually attracted attention.In order to understand the influence of a new modular inner sleeve,the joint structure of the bolted steel structure,on the axial pressure performance of the combined column,ANSYS finite element software was used to analyze the axial pressure performance of the modular composite column.The results show that the failure pattern of the combined column is local buckling failure,the bolt is sheared and the maximum stress value appears at the bolt and the bolt hole.As the aspect ratio increases,the initial stiffness of the combined column increases,which is able to resist greater deformation.CoMPared with the steel column without an inner sleeve,after the addition of the inner sleeve,the ultimate bearing capacity increase is more and more obvious with the increase of the aspect ratio,indicating that in the relatively small width and thickness of the column,the addition of the large width-to-thickness ratio inner sleeve can better improve the bearing capacity of the combined column,and the height of the inner sleeve is suitable for 250,the thickness should be 8-12mm,and the screw hole spacing should be 70mm.
