风载作用下PC墙体构件吊装研究

摘要 为研究风载对装配式构件在吊装阶段的影响,以标准预制PC构件为研究对象,首先对比迎风面在Ⅰ-Ⅶ级风风速下对构件的风压影响与0°~90°下风向角变化对构件的风压影响;之后改变PC构件的吊索吊点位置,在迎风面0°风向角、10m/s风速的平均风作用下,对比分析了吊装位置对构件的稳定性影响;最后考虑了脉动风对构件的影响,并将不同受荷状态下的物理指标进行对比。得出在PC墙体构件吊装时,风速、迎风面风向角、吊装方式的改变对构件稳定性有巨大影响,而且脉动风对构件的稳定性影响程度大于平均风。 In order to study the influence of wind load on the hoisting stage of fabricated components.The standard prefabricated PC members are taken as the research object.Firstly,the influence of the windward surface on the wind pressure of the members under grade I-VII wind speed and the influence of the change of wind direction angle from 0°-90°on the wind pressure of the members are compared;Then,the position of the sling lifting point of the PC component is changed,and the influence of the lifting position on the stability of the component is compared and analyzed under the action of the wind direction angle of 0°and the average wind speed of 10m/s on the windward side;Finally,the influence of fluctuating wind on components is considered,and the physical indexes under different loading states are compared.It is concluded that during the hoisting of PC wall components,the changes of wind speed,wind direction angle on the windward side and hoisting mode have a great impact on the stability of components,and the influence of fluctuating wind on the stability of components is greater than that of average wind.
