硅铬渣混凝土的耐久性能研究

摘要 铬渣是一种常见的有毒废渣,铬渣的处理是铬铁工业发展的难点。将硅铬渣当作细集料,设计不同的硅铬渣含量,采用试验研究的方法,研究硅铬渣混凝土的耐久性能。结果表明:硅铬渣当作细集料,提高了混凝土的耐久性,其抗氯离子渗透、抗碳化和抗冻融的性能均有提高。适量河砂的掺入,可以继续改善其耐久性能。在本试验条件下,硅铬渣含量为80%时,抗氯离子的渗透性能最好,硅铬渣含量为60%时,抗冻融和抗碳化的性能最好。因此,硅铬渣当作细集料制备混凝土,具有一定的可行性。 Chromium slag is a common toxic waste residue,and the treatment of chromium slag is a difficult point in the development of ferrochrome industry.The chromium silicon slag is used as a fine aggregate,and different chromium slag content is designed,and the method of experimental research is adopted Study the durability of silicon-chromium slag concrete.The results show that silicon-chromium slag is used as a fine aggregate to improve the durability of concrete,and its resistance to chloride ion penetration,carbonization and freeze-thaw is improved.The incorporation of the right amount of river sand can continue to improve its durability.Under the test conditions,when the silicon chromium residue content is 80%,the penetration resistance of chloride ions is the best,and when the silicon chromium residue content is 60%,the freeze-thaw resistance and carbonization resistance are the best.Therefore,silicon chromium slag is used as a fine aggregate to prepare concrete,which has a certain feasibility.
