基于E点和H点的适老化橱柜台面人机高度设计方法

摘要 人口老龄化是我国社会发展的重要趋势,提出了一种综合H点和E点的橱柜适老化水槽台面人机高度确定方法。利用Jack软件构建了不同高度的台面作业环境,针对我国老年用户的生理特征进行人机工效学仿真,仿真结果表明,台面高度高于H点,同时其高度尽可能接近E点,可以有效提升老年人橱柜水槽用户体验,降低劳动损伤的发生,缓解长时间使用时的疲劳。 The aging population is an important trend in China's social development.This study proposes a comprehensive H-point and E-point method for determining the height of cabinets,sinks,and countertops that are suitable for aging.This study utilized Jack to construct worktable environments with different heights and conducted ergonomic simulations based on the physiological characteristics of elderly users in China.The simulation results showed that the height of the worktable was higher than the H-point,while its height was as close as possible to the E-point,which can effectively improve the user experience of elderly cabinet sinks,reduce the occurrence of labor injuries,and alleviate fatigue during long-term use.
