三种孔形固体蓄热体的放热性能模拟研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过Ansys Fluent软件对圆形孔、椭圆孔和圆-椭圆相互交替的异形孔三种孔形的固体蓄热体进行了相同工况下10小时放热模拟研究,得到了三种孔形的蓄热体平均温度以及18个温度测点的数值变化。根据放热性能评价标准进行计算分析后,结果表明:三种孔形中,异形孔固体蓄热体在经过10小时放热过程后,蓄热体平均温度最低、放热完成度以及放热均匀度最高,整体放热性能最优。 In this paper,Ansys Fluent software was used to simulate the heat release of three kinds of solid heat storage bodies with circular holes,elliptical holes and special-shaped holes alternating with circular holes and alternating circle-elliptical holes under the same working conditions,and the average temperature of the three types of heat storage bodies and the numerical changes of 18 temperature measurement points were obtained.After calculation and analysis according to the heat release performance evaluation criteria,the results show that among the three pore shapes,the average temperature of the heat storage body is the lowest,the heat release completion degree and the heat release uniformity are the highest,and the overall heat release performance is the best after the 10-hour heat release process.
