关于完善发展建筑业农民工工伤保险的建议

Suggestions on improving work injury insurance for migrant workers in the construction industry

建筑行业农民工约占中国农民工总数的五分之一,该类人群依法参加工伤保险,不仅有利于自身权益的维护,同时对社会公平和稳定也具有重要意义。然而,该项保险目前在覆盖率、应参保企业和个人的认识、操作环节等方面存在一定问题,亟需通过完善立法体系、加强宣传普及和许可证管理、优化工伤保险流程、注重工伤保险与工伤预防、商业保险相结合等方式推动发展,提高覆盖率。

Migrant workers in the construction industry account for approximately one-fifth of all migrant workers in China.The participation of this group of people in employment injury insurance is not only beneficial to the protection of their own rights and interests,but also of great significance to social equity and stability.However,there are certain problems with this insurance in terms of coverage,awareness of enterprises and individuals who should be insured,and operational aspects.There is an urgent need to promote development and improve coverage by perfecting the legislative system,strengthening publicity and license management,optimising the employment injury insurance process,and focusing on the combination of employment injury insurance with employment injury prevention and commercial insurance.
