强制性公民行为与服务业员工离职意向——一个被中介的调节效应模型

摘要 服务行业的离职意向受诸多因素影响,而强制性公民行为则是不太受关注且较为难衡量的因素。选取顾客苛待和任务重要性分别作为中介变量和调节变量,对收集的220份数据进行分析,结果显示:强制性公民行为能显著正向影响服务业员工的离职意向;顾客苛待也同样与离职意向显著正相关,同时顾客苛待会促进强制性公民行为对离职意向的影响力度;任务重要性在研究中作为调节变量则削弱了强制性公民行为对离职意向的影响力度。最后,提出对策并阐明研究新点与不足之处。
